On January 7, the time has come, our restaurant Concordia opens its door for the first time. From 19:00 we celebrate our opening with live music and various greetings from the kitchen. In addition, there will be selected wines, bubbles and aperitifs by the glass. We are excited about our joint adventure and look forward to welcoming our Concordia with you.

The plates will be in the middle of the table so that everyone can try the dishes – sharing like at a tavolata! Our cuisine centers on seasonal vegetables with a modern twist, prepared precisely and lovingly. Specially paired beverages will accompany you through the meal: house-made kombucha, handpicked wines from selected winemakers and lively bubbles.

We prepare food the way we most like to eat, bringing out the best of each ingredient. We creatively combine the regional and seasonal ingredients delivered to our kitchen into an exciting tasting menu.
Let yourself be surprised! You can choose glasses or bottles of wine that we love from our large selection, through which we will be happy to guide you – from white to orange all the way to red. We also produce kefir and non-alcoholic beverage accompaniments in the cellar of Concordia.
