Opening Event

On January 7, the time has come, our restaurant Concordia opens its door for the first time. From 19:00 we celebrate our opening with live music and various greetings from the kitchen. In addition, there will be selected wines, bubbles and aperitifs by the glass. We are excited about our joint adventure and look forward to welcoming our Concordia with you.

Concordia – Vegi Fine Dining, reimagined

Three years young, 14 Gault Millau points, and always hungry for more.

Concordia is not your classic fine dining restaurant – it blends the charm of a local tavern with champagne and a vegetarian tasting menu.

“Hip, fresh and cheeky” – that’s how Gault Millau describes us. We’re happy to take that.

Here, it’s all about you. We want to whisk you away for an evening and spoil you – as true hosts do. You should feel at home while embarking on a culinary experience.

Food

A bit of everything – with extra bread!

We serve a sharing-style tasting menu – with vegetables at the center of attention. Season by season, we take you out to the fields and let you rediscover the richness and flavors of the harvest. From amuse-bouche to petits fours, there are up to 17 dishes to explore.

At lunchtime, we serve smaller versions of our vegetarian tasting menu – starting at just 32 CHF. That way, you get a taste of our kitchen even with limited time or budget.

Drinks

Handpicked wines, homemade alcohol-free creations, or your own discovery journey through our wine list – we make sure every dish finds its perfect match.

Almost all bottles are poured by the glass, starting from just three servings.

Team

Head chef Till dedicated himself to vegetarian cuisine early on. With passion and curiosity, he creates dishes that take vegetable-based cooking to a new level – modern, creative, and surprising. He draws on contemporary techniques and embraces the idea of sharing, a concept he explored during his time at IGNIV with Andreas Caminada.

He is joined by sous-chef Elena, who trained at Basel’s Stucki under Tanja Grandits. Since her arrival, the Concordia kitchen has had even more space for fun, joy, and a healthy dose of mischief. Uncomplicated, honest, and always with a wink.

Cheffe de Service Fiamma has been part of Concordia from the very beginning – and every touch of personality the dining room carries today stems from her initiative. For her, hospitality is far more than just a profession: she loves being a host, guiding guests through culinary experiences, and sharing her deep knowledge of wine, spirits, and her own crafted alcohol-free beverages.
